I.Sales Manager:

Responsibilities:

  • Establish an aggressive, targeted individual sales plan, with key quarterly goals, aligning to the company sales and revenue plan.
  • Determines client communications, strategies to maximize sales volume including frequency of personal visits, direct/email, and telephone contacts.
  • Prospect establish revenue-generating partnerships, including but not limited to:  display (banner) advertising, sponsorships, and content-licensing.
  • Pursue Business Development functions that result in increased revenue, increased traffic and increased visibility of the site
  • Understand and monitor the competitive dynamics and trends in the field of digital content distribution in China to best position the site within the market.
  • Track and review actual results versus plan and forecast for monitoring business performance and compliance.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records on behalf of the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven demonstrable internet expertise in finding leads, preparing and presenting proposals, and closing advertising and sponsorship packages.
  • Proven experience as a “closer.”
  • Established relationships with agencies, CPG clients, and other potential clients.
  • Strong understanding of the Internet media and advertising space.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, presenting a professional demeanor as a lead public “face” for the company.
  • Strong personal and work ethic.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with a focus on online advertising and sponsorships.

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
  • English fluncy a plus.
  • References required.

任职要求:

  • 3-5年互联网广告销售运营工作经验
  • 优秀的目标设定、销售计划制定、执行及实现能力,有成功的销售经验
  • 有丰富客户资源和良好客户关系
  • 熟悉网络媒体及广告行业
  • 具备优秀的书面及口头表达能力,对外为公司维护良好形象。
  • 具备良好的个人素养和职业道德。
  • 本科学历或同等工作经验
  • 普通话标准流利,英语流利更佳

II.销售经理

职责:
1. 负责公司植入式内容营销等产品的销售
2. 完成公司制定的销售指标额
3. 进行阶段性的销售市场分析,反馈市场动态

要求:
1. 大学本科或以上学历;
2. 年龄25岁以上;
3. 至少3年以上相关PR和广告行业工作经验,并有不少于2年的实际销售经验;
4. 具有一定的媒体或市场推广经验或知识;
5. 出色的交流和表达能力和技巧;
6. 具有完成或超越目标的能力;
7. 能够承受压力并有较强的主观能动性;
8. 具有海外公关公司或者4A广告公司资源者,服务过跨国企业者优先考虑;
9. 熟练掌握英语者尤佳
